Acting Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Olga Trofimtseva who entered the list of the 100 most successful women in Ukraine ranking by the leading Ukrainian news magazine, Novoye Vremya congratulated the participants of the International Business Woman 2019 Forum and spoke at the Business, Economics and Social Responsibility session.

"Today, more than 33 thousand farms are registered in the Ukrainian agrarian sector, of which 12 thousand are active farms and  headed by women. According to my observations, women in rural areas are more concerned with social projects. The issues at stake are  science, education, medicine and other areas. These leaders show an example and encourage other business representatives in the countryside to become socially responsible ", Olga Trofimtseva stressed.

During the welcome address Olga Trofimtseva placed a special emphasis on the most important things to succeed. "There exists no special secret for success. It does not matter what you do in life,  politics or business. The main thing is to be committed to what you are doing. As practice shows, in many cases - fears and underestimation of capabilities are barriers to success. A sense of self-confidence and inner freedom open the way for achievement of goals", the acting Minister underscored.
