Ukrainian agricultural sector today provides 40% of all export earnings to the country. In order to increase the export of Ukrainian agricultural products, it is necessary to systematize the state support for the Ukrainian producer. For example, it may be made by the Government by creating the Trade Representative Offices in areas that are most interesting for our exporters.

"Today the Ukrainian agricultural sector and foreign trade are actively developing. In order to be able to take a significant position in foreign markets by Ukrainian producers, we support them from the State, including through the establishment of full and comprehensive trade missions"- said Deputy Minister. According to Olga Trofimtseva, presence within these trade missions Agricultural Attachés is the urgent need, given the importance of agricultural trade for Ukraine.

"Each region, such Sub-Saharan Africa or South East Asia, have their own characteristics. In order for Ukrainian producer to be able to do business actively in those markets, it must possess full information about the market, have a professional specialist on the site that can provide professional support on various issues, work requests and respond to them "- Deputy Minister noted. She added that the team of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine understands that Ukrainian companies can be successful in international markets on their own, but the real breakthrough is possible only under condition of joint efforts of business and government. "I personally is a supporter and lobbyist of the idea of the creation of agricultural attaché at our diplomatic or trade missions. Therefore, this is a particular support tool for agricultural exports from the State, "- Trofimtseva said.
