On September 1, 2021 in Washington, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine (represented by the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Roman Leshchenko) and Lindsay Corporation (represented by Randy Wood, President and CEO of Lindsay Corporation) signed a Memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and Lindsay Corporation for the purpose of cooperation, exchange of information and experience within the relevant competence in the field of land reclamation and operation of water facilities of Ukraine with the possibility of attracting investments from Lindsay in the amount of 25 million. US dollars.

Minagropolicy and Lindsay Corporation will cooperate in the following areas:

- innovation and investment development of the irrigation system of Ukraine;

- attraction of investments and realization of investment projects in the specified branch;

- study of the possibility of production of irrigation machines in Ukraine.
