The meeting was held in celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the "German-Ukrainian Agropolitical Dialogue".

Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Taras Kutovyi met with a Head of the Department for EU Policy, International Cooperation and Fisheries of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture Dr. Hermann Joub.

The meeting was held in celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the "German-Ukrainian Agropolitical Dialogue".

"I am glad to remark the 10th Anniversary of the German-Ukrainian project Agropolitical Dialogue in such audience of people and grateful to the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture and the German Government for the opportunity to continue the project till 2018" - Taras Kutovyi stated during the welcome speech.

According to the Minister, the long-term cooperation with the project is of special interest for the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, given the experience of Germany in reforming agriculture in the Eastern Germany.

Also Taras Kutovyi noted the efficiency of work within the framework of Ukrainian-German Agrarian Committee and expressed opinion on the importance of holding the next meeting of the Committee in January 2017 at the Berlin Green Week exhibition.

"We are interested in prolongation of the format of bilateral cooperation through specific projects of sectoral focus", - the head of the Agricultural Ministry said.
