Informational Guide “Traceability of food products: key issues”

The IFC project: “Reforming the Investment Climate in Ukraine”, funded by the Swiss Confederation through the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), developed the first information guide, entitled: “Food Traceability: Key Issues”

The guide outlines the concept of a traceability system in the food industry and describes its main components. Among other things, the document includes a list of key traceability requirements set at the international and legislative levels of the EU and Ukraine.

 This publication is seen as a benchmark for the consumers, producers and processors of food, national food control authorities and international food trade.
